Fitness Space PADDINGTON SQuare

In April 2022, Paddington Square approached us to design, build, and operate a gym in their new premium headquarters development. We were closely involved in every stage of the project, from selecting the best design to meet the needs of multiple tenants to choosing the right equipment suppliers, and finally launching the gym based on each tenant's specific requirements.

The gym opened in January 2024, delivering a premium fitness concept that employs the latest technologies and approaches to meet employees' fitness needs. The gym offers more than 25 group fitness classes per week across two specially designed studios, personal training services, and tailored health and wellness programs for each tenant. Our programs include desk posture and health assessments, as well as access to an in-house nutritionist who creates personalised programs for employees.

We also use our data to show employers how their employees' gym interactions impact workplace behaviour and productivity.
